Bailiffs arrested 37,7 million rubles on the bank account of "Rostov" , approves newspaper "Kommersant". It is noted by span that last week Arbitration court of Rostov region accepted to production the statement of claim of "Rostov" with the requirement to recognize illegal the resolution of the bailiff on seizure of money in a size of 37,7 million rubles on accounts in the Russian national bank.
Together with the claim "Rostov" declared the petition for acceptance of interim measures in the form of removal of arrest from the specified money. However the court refused satisfaction of the petition. In a card file of arbitration court there is information that LLC "ZEMKOMBANK" (Rostov-on-Don) collects from "Rostov" debt of 24 million rubles. the club owes JSC Mega-Reklama about 400 thousand rubles.
