Hungary in connection with risk of the second migratory wave in will prolong an emergency rule in the country which validity period had to expire on September 9. About it to daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya" were reported by the speaker of the Hungarian government Kovach Zoltan.

We decided to prolong an emergency rule which was entered several months ago at first into County of Csongrad and Bács-Kiskun County on the Serbian-Hungarian border, and then and over all country. Besides, we created three-phase system of protection of the southern borders. According to him, the position Budapest consists in accepting the people pursued on religious beliefs, to an origin or national signs, instead of so-called economic migrants. The last should not have the right freely to move on EU.

"EU is one of bases of the concept the Schengen area within which citizens of EU have the right freely to move. And the freedom of movement can work only in conditions when external borders are protected and through them there is no uncontrollable flow of illegal economic migrants" — Kovach Zoltan noted.
