As it is explained in the message of JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "EXPERT ADVERTISING AGENCY", the agency positively estimates high level of sufficiency of own means of bank (H1.0 for July 1, 2016 — 43,8%, H1.2 makes 42%), good balance of its assets and liabilities on terms on the short-term horizon (H2 and H3 values for reporting date — 136% and 148% respectively), and also low level of credit requirements urgency over a year on balance (3,8% of net assets for the beginning of July). Positively at the level of a rating good indicators of profitability (for the annual period since July 1 of the 2015th ROE makes 10,3%, by ROA — 3%) and low level of accepted currency risks (the open currency position on all currencies does not exceed 0,1% of size of the capital of bank for July 1 of the 2016th) were reflected. Besides, support to a rating is given by acceptable level of security of a loan portfolio: for the specified date the covering of a loan portfolio (without the given-out interbank credits) providing taking into account pledge of securities, guarantees and guarantees made 352%, without these components — 94%.
Pressure upon level of a rating is put low level of diversification of resource base on the clients, by the raised volatility of the raised funds of legal persons and a high share of the re-structured loans in a cumulative credit portfolio. The rating assessment is limited by disproportions between turnovers of settlement accounts of clients and the amount of business of bank that generates the raised costs for providing appropriate system of internal control. Besides, the agency negatively estimates high dependence of financial result on operations with the related parties (the share of the income falling on the related parties, in the sum of interest and commission income made 30,9% on IFRS for 2015).
