On August 13, Minsk / BELTA/Correspondent. The French public accepts encore "the Belarusian musical August", reported Belarusian cable agency "Belta" in Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation to France.
So, on August 12 in the city of Tonner of the region Region of Burgundy the group of the Belarusian dulcimer players of Vedritsa under control of the conductor Tsyganok Helena acted in Catholic St. Peter's Cathedral of the XI century which for the first time for many years was specially provided for a concert. Dulcimer players executed works of the Belarusian, Russian and Italian composers. The French public with big enthusiasm apprehended speech of musicians, repeatedly causing encore. At a concert there was an ambassador Belarus to France Latushko Pawel, and also the mayor Agilar Dominique. In total at Vedritsa collective 12 concerts to Region of Burgundy are planned.
In the same day Latushko Pawel visited an exhibition of the modern Belarusian artist Ryzhikova Svetlana in Kryuzi-le-Shatel at the annual festival "Road of Artists and Sculptors". The mayor Dyuran Tyerri in conversation with the Belarusian diplomat offered Belarus to become the guest of honor of a festival next year.
B Region of Poitou-Charentes performances of a student's symphonic orchestra of the Belarusian state academy of music under management Ivanov Andrey within the 27th festival of youth symphonic orchestras "Evroorkestriya" proceed. And in Region of Limousin tours of the State chamber orchestra of Belarus under the direction of Bushkova Eugenie began which France will act in the central regions - from August 12 to August 15 5 concerts will be presented to the French public.
Latushko Pawel in interview to regional mass media noted that the numerous cultural events which are taking place with participation of the Belarusian collectives, give the chance to speak informally about "the Belarusian musical August to France". According to him, these days there takes place some kind of Belarusian cultural expansion in the French regions that allows their inhabitants and guests closer to get acquainted with modern Belarusian culture, and also to create the positive atmosphere for development of cooperation between the countries in various areas.
