Arbitration court of Rostov region postponed for September 15 consideration of the statement of LLC "ZEMKOMBANK" about collecting 24,07 million rubles of a debt from JSC <2> Football club Rostov in connection with negotiations on peaceful settlement of dispute.
the Arbitration suggested the parties to submit to p the statement the settlement agreement signed by authorized representatives of the parties.
the Court in May stopped production according to the statement LLC "Agrofest-Don" about recognition JSC FC"Rostov" the bankrupt. Earlier the Agrofest-Don company filed a lawsuit the petition for refusal of the statement for bankruptcy of club.
In the statement "Agrofest-Don" referred to a debt of football club to it of 44 million rubles and asked to approve as the interim manager of FC Klink Helena from the self-regulating organization UNION "KUZBASSKAYA SOAU".
B 2015 the court approved by p some settlement agreements of the Agrofest-Don company about JSC FC"Rostov" who was earlier the sponsor of club. Agreements provided repayment by club of a debt to the applicant of several tens millions rubles till December 1, 2015.
