Ministry power industry of Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela published information that the local company of Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. and PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "OIL COMPANY "ROSNEFT" concluded the partner agreement in which joint development of a shelf near Margarita's island is in addition specified. The press service of PAO Group PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "OIL COMPANY "ROSNEFT" confirmed this statement and specified that it is a question of long-term partnership and mutually beneficial cooperation.
Within the agreement the Russian company will be involved with br in production of natural gas and hydrocarbons. The Venezuelan party noted that the contract on cooperation also provides the organization of joint venture which tasks will include realization of the liquefied gas and oil products in the international market.
In addition, the representative of PAO Group PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "OIL COMPANY "ROSNEFT" noted that the company invests in development of power and oil processing branch of economy Venezuela more than $20 billion.
