The buyer of 19,5% PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "OIL COMPANY "ROSNEFT" which are exposed on privatization this year, will not be able to sell this package within three years. It is also obliged to vote for candidates Government of the Russian Federation in board of directors.
