In Ural federal district discussed the Safe City program

the Deputy plenipotentiary envoy of the president of Russia in URFO Alexander Kaliberda in a mode of a videoconference held the interdepartmental meeting which participants discussed activities of public authorities and local government for development of the hardware-software complex "Safe City".

The chief federal Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area inspector Alexander Yamokhin, the deputy governor of the autonomous area Mikhail Kagan and heads of municipalities of the region took part in its work. Mikhail Kagan reported on br on the measures taken by executive authorities of the district on construction and development of the hardware-software complex "Safe City". In the region development of segments of this complex carry out in the territory of four pilot zones: in Salekhard introduce a segment "Providing a law and order and prevention of offenses", Labytnangakh - "Safety of infrastructure of housing and communal services", Noyabrsk - "Safety on transport" and in the Purovsky area - "Ensuring protection against emergency situations of natural and technogenic character". In the district capital completed uniform service on duty and dispatching. In Labytnangakh got and mounted the new equipment for dispatching service, performed works on the control organization on city boiler rooms. In Noyabrsk got a signal of the disturbing button and established a communication channel with regular buses. In the Purovsky area prepared infrastructure of system of video surveillance which will allow to retrofit with the minimum expenses it additional services, to connect with federal, regional and even settlement systems.
On Yamal since 2007 actively enter the hardware-software complex "Safe City". In ten municipalities systems of video surveillance of a law-enforcement segment "Safe city" work. Besides, in the region the complex integrated system of safety works. It solves problems not only video surveillances, but also operational management of forces and means in system of a uniform dislocation, automatic identification searched, the automated control of the documents proving the identity. Since 2014 the complex integrated system of safety operate on six main transport knots of the district. Information of pilot municipalities on positive experience of construction and development of the Safe City complex sent to all municipalities for further use in practical activities, - it is reported on a site of the chief federal inspector on the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area.
Following the results of meeting accepted a little on increase of efficiency of activity of authorities on construction and development of the hardware-software complexes "Safe City".
