About seven million tons of technogenic deposits of sand at Tayginsky mining and processing works in Kyshtym are suitable for construction of housing and repair of roads. The owner of GOKA Andrey Naumov reported on July 5 about it at a meeting Boris Dubrovsky. At the request of the governor the profile ministries and the organizations will be connected to the solution of this task, reported in the press service of the head of the region.
The Tayginsky field of crystal graphite is reconnoitered in 1941. On this base the Tayginsky graphite combine is created. In 2010 it was included into Uralgrafit group of companies. In six years modernization, as a result the enterprise was carried out reached design capacity of 13,5 thousand tons of the finished goods used by producers of ogneupor and the metallurgical enterprises.
Besides, the management of combine makes plans for increase in product range. "There is a business project on construction of shop of chemical enrichment for production of superpure graphite, – Andrey Naumov explained. – Now the market needs graphite with the contents 99 and above percent. Implementation of the project is entered in the program for import substitution as in Russia nobody lets out such production". The project is estimated at 350 million rubles. Boris Dubrovsky estimated idea of investors and charged to work in details a question with the ministry of economic development of the region.
Soon the Tayginsky GOK actively masters the new markets, looks for partners, participating structure of governmental delegations in visits abroad. "Our enterprise is unique, it the only thing in Russia which gets and recycles graphite ore, – Andrey Naumov noted. – We managed to enter the foreign markets, we export production to Europe and Japan. At the beginning of this year visited structure of the delegation headed by the governor, Iran. The combine works steadily, the task of decrease in product cost, increase of its quality is set for employees". In management plans in the next years to increase production of graphite to 20-25 thousand tons.
