The prosecutor's office of the Kaa-Hemsky area of the Republic of Tyva checked observance of the rights of disabled children on a medical support.
During check it is established that the juvenile disabled child lives with parents in page of Buren-Bai-Haak of the Kaa-Hemsky area. It agrees to the course of treatment appointed to it from May 17 to May 26 the current year it had to receive pricks of a medical preparation in medical assistant's and obstetric point of page of Buren-Bai-Haak. However check showed that from May 21 to May 25 medical care to the child did not appear, pricks to him were not put.
At the time of public prosecutor's check on May 25, 2016 in medical assistant's and obstetric point of page of Buren-Bai-Haak of the Kaa-Hemsky area there was only a nurse who explained that the paramedic and the obstetrician, since May 21, 2016, on a workplace did not appear.
Moreover, it is established by the carried-out inspection that all inhabitants of the rural settlement of Buren-Bai-Haaka of the Kaa-Hemsky area were deprived from May 21 to May 25, 2016 of opportunity to receive appropriate and timely medical care.
By results of check by prosecutor's office of the region of the acting chief physician of State budgetary institution of health care of the Republic of Tyva " Kaa-Hemsky central regional hospital " brought idea of elimination of violations of the federal legislation and involvement of workers for non-execution of the labor duties assigned to them to a disciplinary responsibility.
