On May 30, 2016 in State budget cultural institution Non-commercial organization "NGAF im. M. Rostropovicha" opening of the XIV International festival of arts of a name of A. Sakharov "The Russian art and the world" took place. The festival which is held under patronage of the governor Valery Shantsev, - only to Russian Federation is included into the European Association of Festivals at Specialized establishment United Nations concerning education, sciences and cultures.
