Why Poroshenko provokes the Crimean Tatars to the conflict to Russia

The president of Ukraine assumes to provide a fake autonomy in borders of the Crimea not belonging to Ukraine. So Poroshenko's statement — the next attempt to strengthen the international political tension round the Crimea. And Poroshenko's Crimean Tatars cynically tries to use for escalation of this tension.
