The Fujitsu Laboratories company together with University of electrocommunications (Tokyo) declared development of the new high-speed algorithm using the mathematical theory of games as a basis for creation of the artificial intelligence (AI). Development is aimed at a segment of city safety.

For example, AI will allow to solve safety problems on roads and even will be able to prompt where most likely it is worth looking for criminals.

to safety to that earlier to apply the theory of games to city scales was problematic because of a huge number of data which need to be considered. Thanks to the firm compression technology of networks, experts managed to develop operating algorithm.

In comparison with existing technologies, according to the statement of the developers, the new system allows neyti theoretically optimum plan for safety in this or that situation 20 times faster for a task with one hundred knots (here, probably, intersections and forks on roads mean) and 500 times quicker in case of a task with 200 nodal points. Moreover, calculations of the solutions, including 200 000 knots, would take earlier some days whereas about five minutes now is required. And in the press release it is told that "the ordinary personal computer" is for this purpose used.
