Vladivostok, on May 8 – information agency "RIA Novosti". Prosecutor's office of Amur region reported that the head sat down the Robin where 9 houses the day before burned down, did not take measures for preparation for the fire-dangerous period.
In the village the Robin on Saturday five inhabited and four uninhabited houses, according to SU of SKR of the region burned down, two persons suffered: one man poisoned with carbon monoxide, at another — burns of hands.
" Prosecutor's office of Amur region upon the fire which has occurred on May 7, 2016 in the village the Robin Bureya district as a result of which fire destroyed 5 houses and 4 uninhabited, without housing there were 7 families, the following is established. The head of administration of the village the Robin did not take measures by preparation for the fire-dangerous period, connected with cleaning of the territory of municipality of dry vegetation, garbage, to arrangement of fire-prevention gaps and the mineralized strips. That promoted free distribution of fire and its transition to the settlement" — is spoken in the message of regional prosecutor's office.
According to department, materials of check are sent to investigating authorities for the solution of a question on initiation of legal proceedings concerning chapter of ADMINISTRATION MALINOVSKOGO VILLAGE COUNCIL under the article "Negligence".
Due to the situation complication in the territory Amur region, prosecutors are carried out inspections as it should be concerning performance of the legislation in the sphere of fire , securities of settlements from natural fires.
The prosecutor Amur region Pilipchuk Nicholas put on special a question of observance of the rights of the citizens injured with this fire, and also carrying out the specified checks.
