Меньше слов – больше денег: как работают и зарабатывают слуги народа
В Ульяновской области, как и во всей России, началось ежегодное шоу. Чиновники и депутаты публикуют свои декларации о доходах за предыдущий год, а журналисты и простые жители их изучают в надежде узнать что-то большее о работе и жизни слуг народа. Впрочем, просто пересчитывать, кто сколько получил, и узнавать, какая у кого из випов машина, с каждым годом становится все скучнее. Поэтому мы решили оценить доходы ульяновских депутатов и чиновников по-другому – в сравнении с пользой, которую они, по их собственному мнению, приносят родному краю.
