the Brazilian swimmer, the Olympic champion of 2008 at a distance of 50 meters freestyle, the 11-fold world champion César Sielo did not manage to be qualified by b on the summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, reports Sports Illustrated. In national selection it took the third place at a distance of 50 m freestyle with result of 21,91 seconds. The victory was won by Bruno Fratus (21,74), the second became Italo Duarte's (21,82).
