So, if in 2014 world judges of Kalmykia considered on the average 177 cases a month, in 2015 the number of the considered cases made 185 in a month.
Statistically, the greatest number of the claims arriving on consideration in courts of the first instance, are connected with economic disputes. Among the most popular – collecting back payments on the credits and payments for ZhKU (more than two thousand affairs a year), recognition and preservation of the property right to the land plots, divorce disputes. Such information was sounded by the head of Service concerning world justice of the Republic of Kalmykia Mergen Platonov at a meeting with journalists.
According to him, today in the region 19 sites of world judges, from them – two in Elista work, and 13 settle down in districts.
"Load of world judges in the region, really big. With crisis approach, the number of the affairs arriving on consideration to world judges, only increases. To unload world courts introduction of the special automated system "is necessary for Electronic justice " that will significantly facilitate work of judges and will increase productivity. At present we advance this task at the level of the region authorities. By estimation, modernization of system of Service concerning world justice will demand about two million rubles", – Mergen Platonov tells. As it was noted, the number of world judges and quantity of judicial sites are defined by the federal law. At present, the number of judges is defined by population.
The head of Service also answered questions of representatives the mass media connected with activity of the State legal bureau of the Republic of Kalmykia, on interdepartmental interaction with public authorities, and also on the current work which is conducted by the staff of Service.
