The youth Sovetsk got acquainted with history of the Russian Parliamentarism

The member of "United Russia" Party in Okruzhnoy Sovet deputies of Soviet city district Kelmansky Danil past week took part in meeting of Club of the young voter "A youth voice" which was devoted to history of the Russian Parliamentarism.
