We pay your attention that according to point 15 of Rules of improvement of the territory of Zverevo Zverevsky City Council of 27.08.2015 No. 300 in the territory of the city is forbidden:
- to store construction materials in public territories, and also out of specially taken away places.
According to part 1 of article 5.1 of the regional law of 08.10.2002 No. 273-ZS "About administrative offenses", namely: non-performance or inadequate implementation of the requirements established by rules of improvement of territories of settlements and city districts if this act does not contain signs of the administrative offense provided by articles 4.1, 4.5 of the present Regional law, - involves the prevention or imposing of an administrative penalty on citizens in the amount of 200 to 2000 rubles; on officials – from 5000 to 20000 rubles; on legal entities – from 20000 to 50000 rubles.
