Nine statements of claim are sent to court.
The prosecutor's office of the Pius-Hemsky area of the Republic of Tuva found shortage in school libraries of nine thousand textbooks.
"So, in Arzhaanskaya, Sushsky, Seserligsky, Hutinsky, Tarlagsky, Uyuksky, Hadynsky high comprehensive schools, and also at schools No. 1 and No. 2 of the city of Turana Range of the Pius-Hemsky area there are no more than 9 thousand textbooks whereas by the legislation on education it is provided that textbooks are provided to pupils free of charge. Absence of free textbooks in turn can have an adverse effect on quality of provided education", - told in prosecutor's office.
Now the regional prosecutor sent to court nine statements of claim about compulsion of directors of schools to elimination of violations of the law.
