In Primorye illegal mining is stopped

In Primorye the company which was engaged in license-free mining on self-willedally taken land plots is revealed. As reported in department of natural resources and environmental protections, specialists of department together with the representative of administration of the city district the Big Stone and employees of MOMVD of Russia "Bolshekamensky" conducted examination of the land plots. "During check it is established that on self-willedally taken land plots of the city district of JSC Andezit carries out production of all-widespread minerals without special permission. Soon case papers will be sent to department for consideration and taking measures concerning this enterprise", – told in department. Let's note that for such offense administrative responsibility in the form of a penalty is provided: for citizens from 3 to 5 thousand rubles, for officials – from 30 to 50 thousand rubles, for legal entities – from 800 thousand to 1 million rubles.
