On March 21 the Head of municipality " the Safonovsky area " the Smolensk region V. E. Balalayev carried out a planned monthly reception of citizens on private matters.

The housing question interested and come to reception to the Head of the Safonovsky area Elena N.: as with it the housing , now it the eighth in turn of living conditions of orphan children needing improvement and persons from among orphan children and children without parental support has to be provided to the orphan of . Two options were offered to the woman: in the nearest future to become populated to the apartment which will buy in the secondary market, or to receive housing with individual heating in to a new building in the downtown – but to wait some months when the new house will be leased. Anyway, Elena will be provided with own apartment in the current year: in turn it the eighth, and the Safonovsky area plans to get in 2016 15 apartments for provision of housing for this category of citizens.

To help to make water supply system replacement near of Lyagushkino of the Baranovsky rural settlement Galina K. explanations on the matter asked Vyacheslav Balalayev O. V. Sergeyev, the director of Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise (water supply networks in this territory belong to this organization) gave: water pipes on this site, really, old, often arise gaps that leads to flooding of personal plots of inhabitants of the village. It is required to replace about 200 meters of networks. The head of the Safonovsky area disposed to make replacement of a site of networks of water supply during a spring and summer season of 2016.

Collectively inhabitants of the street of the Garden village of Mishenino of the Beleninsky rural settlement came to reception. Recently their street was installed gas, and arrival of natural gas to houses very much pleased misheninets. However now they are disturbed by a question of restoration (dumping) of a carriageway after gas pipeline laying. To applicants explained that restoration of the road is already planned by Administration of the Beleninsky rural settlement for summer of the current year. Considering interest of the population, V. E. Balalayev took execution of this assignment for personal control.

In conversation with the Head of the municipal area inhabitants of Sadovaya Street and a question of the organization of export of TBO actual for rural settlements mentioned: in Mishenino's village there are two container platforms, inhabitants multiroom houses in 2014 signed contracts with JSC Granit , garbage take out twice a week. Inhabitants of Sadovaya Street (37 private houses) yet did not sign such contracts. During reception the following solution of the arisen problem was offered applicants: representatives of the specialized organization having the license for export of TBO, shortly will arrive to of Mishenino for the conclusion with inhabitants of the private sector of contracts for garbage removal. Further this organization will regularly take out the packaged garbage which inhabitants in the appointed day will expose to the road. Such solution of a question of applicants completely satisfied, they approved it and expressed readiness regularly to pay services in TBO export.

In the Safonovsky area active implementation of the program for resettlement of citizens from the hazardous housing proceeds, now at once four contract organizations conduct construction of new houses with apartments of the increased comfort, with individual heating. However rates the organization of works as certain contractors causes discontent of safonovets. Inhabitants of the house No. 10 would address to the Head of the municipal area down the street Builders collectively. Until the end of spring they will move according to the resettlement program from a hazardous dwelling to new apartments. Their old house will go under demolition as demolished earlier the house next where today already built two floors of a new building (before construction from residents of the neighboring houses all necessary permissions) were got. Representatives of the house complained to the Head of the area of the construction organization: round building very dirty and to live the month which has remained before housewarming in similar conditions they do not intend.
At the request of V. E. Balalayev right after reception the commission for drawing up objective assessment of the situation into place left.

Despite commission conclusions about an admissibility of actions of the contract construction organization, the Head of the Safonovsky area moved towards requests of inhabitants: it is recommended to construction company to bring within one days the territory round building into a state satisfying applicants, otherwise business it will be submitted the Administrative commission.
