Administration office federal antimonopoly service on Smolensk region considers complaint the natural person on actions (inaction) of the organizer of auctions – Committee on administration office municipal property Administrations of municipal educations "by Safonovo district " Smolensk Region when carrying out auctions, opened on structure of participants and a form of the offer of the price, of the right of the conclusion of contracts rent of the land plot of category of lands of settlements with the cadastral number 67:17:0010115:272 of 1852 sq.m, allowed use – the shops, located at the address: Russian Federation, Smolensk Region, Safonovo district, item. Safonovskoye, Safonovo, Leningradskaya St., 3 (the notice is published on the official site Russian Federation for placement of information on carrying out auctions to the address: torgi.gov.ru, notice No. 100216/0220616/01).
In the made complaint it is specified discrepancy of the notice on carrying out these auctions to the requirements provided by article 39.11 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 25 October 2001 No. 136-FZ "On the Land Code of the Russian Federation".
