Tazabek - As of the beginning of 2015 on export of electric energy is registered as b receivables in the sum of $3 million 335,7 or 196 million 429,8 thousand som (a dollar rate – 58,8865 som), are told in audit of Audit Chamber of activity Open joint-stock company "Elektricheskie station" and its structural divisions from 01.07.2013 for 31.12.2014.
Including:
- Kasakhstan – $1 million 363,8 thousand or 80 309,4 thousand som;
- China $5,7 or 333,8 thousand som;
- Tajikistan – $0,01 thousand or 5,8 thousand som;
- Uzbekistan – $1 966,2 thousand or 115 782,3 thousand som.
In audit it is said that according to the accounting of receivables on export of the electric power the considerable sums of debt which have no collecting prospect are registered.
So the hopeless debt is registered for the Kazakhstan consumers to collecting in the sum of 1 126,7 thousand dollars of United States of America, including (on dividing BALANCE JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "Kyrgyzenergo"):
- JSC Zhambyl REK - $922,7 thousand;
- GKP "Turanenergo" - $14,3 thousand;
- DGP "Power supply" - $39,6 thousand;
- JSC <9> Almaty Paurkosolideyt" - $0,4 thousand;
- JSC Kegok - $8,7 thousand;
After JSC Kyrgyzenergo division:
- DTOO "Kyzylordaenergo" - $140,7 thousand.
As of 31.12.2014 the current receivables are registered for the Kazakhstan consumers of the electric power on $237,1 thousand
According to registration data Open joint-stock company "Elektricheskie station" as of July 1, 2003 (from January, 2002 to June, 2003) the debt Open joint-stock company "Elektricheskie station" before State joint-stock company "Uzbekenergo" made $3 470,8 thousand
According to the contract of the prisoner between Open joint-stock company "Elektricheskie station" and State joint-stock company "Uzbekenergo" and JSC Uztransgaz of July 11, 2003 No. 295-13/483a, Open joint-stock company "Elektricheskie station" in 2003 is made delivery of the electric power to State joint-stock company "Uzbekenergo" of 208,0 million kvtch.po to the price of $0,0334 for the sum of $6 950,1 thousand. The sum of debt State joint-stock company "Uzbekenergo" before JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "NESK" for services in frequency regulation in 2002 is reversed and transferred to advantage Open joint-stock company "Elektricheskie station" in the sum of $1 472,7 thousand
In violation of terms of the contract of June 27, 2000 of the prisoner between JSC Kyrgyzenergo (Sartkaziyev B. E. ) and DGP "Power supply", without providing with the supplier of monthly preliminary supply of coal to CHPP <10> Bishkek was released the electric power on $60,7 thousand which is transferred by dividing balance of Open joint-stock company "Elektricheskie station".
On account of repayment of this debt it is transported Tashkumyrsky coal for the sum of $21,1 thousand, as a result receivables rest for DGP "Power supply" made $39,6 thousand which to the present remains not extinguished.
