In the Kirov region condemned the director of firm for concealment of taxes

The Soviet district court of the Kirov region pronounced a sentence on criminal case concerning the director general of JSC Agrotorg. He is found guilty of the commission of crime, provided Art. 199.2 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (concealment of money or organization property due to which collecting taxes and (or) collecting has to be made). By court it is established that at firm for 2015 the debt on taxes and fees of more than 1,7 million rubles was formed.
