Penza stole at Saint Petersburg the championship

With a political color the World Cup in a diving which from Saint Petersburg was transferred to Penza turned back sports scandal. Ambitions of the new management led Penza Region on a diving-2016 which in addition has the status selection on the Olympic Games in Rio, had to take place in Saint Petersburg, in the Center of water sports "Nevsky Wave".
