On February 29 in Lipetsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry passed the meeting of Club of exporters of the Lipetsk region first in this year on a subject "A course on development of non-oil export. Measures of support of foreign economic activity at federal level". Igor Malenko, the head of department of investments and international relations of the Lipetsk region, summed up the brief results of foreign trade activities of the Lipetsk region for 2015. Grigory Skomorokhov, the deputy chief of department of cameral control of management of FTS across the Lipetsk region informed participants of a meeting on actual changes in the tax legislation on the VAT. Further the adviser of department of interaction with economic operators and subjects of federation of Department of coordination, development and regulation of foreign economic activity of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Grigory Rusak who in detail told about the new vector directed on support of non-oil export acted, having stopped on non-financial measures which are carried out by the regional centers of support of the export, integrated the centers, the trade missions, a portal of support of foreign trade activities and other objects of infrastructure. Financial mechanisms of support, such as preferential financing of export, insurance guarantees, and also features of obtaining allowing documents in the country of import were opened by the senior manager of JSC Russian Agency on Insurance of the Export Credits and Investments Andrey Zhiganov.
Participants of meeting among whom there were representatives of the large enterprises which long ago are engaged in foreign economic activity and beginning exporters - representatives of small business highly estimated support measures which the state carries out within a new course of development of non-oil export. So, Svetlana Holodnikova, the deputy director general for sales, marketing and development of a portfolio of JSC Rafarm noted that received information is very important and useful to forming of export policy of an innovative pharmaceutical complex of the full cycle which is letting out in a regional special economic zone of "Terbuna" antibiotics, antineoplastic preparations and other medicines according to the European Union GMP standard.
Within meeting there took place also business meeting with representatives of the Serbian builders who arrived to our region for the purpose of search of partners for cooperation and an exchange of experience. As Gruichich marked out Milenko, the head of the Belgrad construction company "Dikan", intensive development of business cooperation between the Lipetsk region and the Rasinsky district attracts to Lipetsk interest of businessmen from other regions of Serbia. Specialists of the company of years work hard in Germany, Great Britain, Russia and are sure that interaction with builders of the Lipetsk region will be useful and it is favorable to both parties. Within two-day visit of the Serbian builders to our region negotiations in the city hall of Lipetsk and several more construction companies will be held.
