The pediatrician refused to give emergency medical help in Baksan to the children who have fallen ill with flu

the Prosecutor's office of Baksan carried out an inspection according to the address of the inhabitant of the city district Baksan about illegal actions of the pediatrician of Children's policlinic No. 1 of the lake Baksan, the press service of prosecutor's office of KBR reports. During check it is established that 13.01.2016 declarant addressed to the local pediatrician of children's policlinic No. 1 of the lake Baksan concerning survey and purpose of a course of medical therapy in connection with an acute disease flu of her juvenile children, 2012 and 2014 year of birth. However the pediatrician, having transferred to the woman of history of development of children, their survey and purpose of a course of medical therapy refused because now children live in page Dygulybgey the lake Baksan and treat the territory of other children's policlinic. On the same day the declarant addressed in polyclinic office No. 2 of the Central regional hospital of page Dygulybgey of the lake Baksan to other pediatrician who examined the juvenile child, 2014 year of birth and appointed a course of medical therapy. Meanwhile, according to passport data of the declarant it is registered by department of the Office of the Federal Migration Service of Russia of KBR in the Baksan area on Polevaya St., without number, in Baksan which treats service of the pediatrician of Children's policlinic No. 1 of the lake Baksan. According to Art. 11 of the Federal law of 21.11.2011 No. 323-FZ "About bases of health protection of citizens in the Russian Federation" refusal in rendering medical care according to the program of the state guarantees of free rendering to citizens of medical care and collection of a payment for its rendering by the medical organization participating in implementation of this program, and medical employees of such medical organization are not allowed. Medical care in an emergency form appears the medical organization and the medical worker to the citizen urgently and free of charge. By results of check the prosecutor's office of Baksan to the chief physician of the Baksan Central regional hospital brought idea of elimination of the revealed violations of the legislation and attraction to a strict disciplinary responsibility of guilty employees of children's policlinic.
