The Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea (RC) Vitaly Polishchuk submitted the letter of resignation at own will. In the State Council of the Crimea in same day presented the new Minister of Agriculture Andrey Grigorenko. According to him, it "expressed desire to help the homeland".
