Besides, the made list included such chiefs of power structures of the Russian Federation, as Pyotr Ivanov, Vyacheslav Davidov and some other. Changes concerned also services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. So, Sergey Manakhov will hold now a post of the chief of the department on the inquiry organization, and Kirill Smurov becomes the deputy chief of Head department of criminal investigation department. In the list there were also other names and the appointments which full number is published on the website of legal information. With what exactly Vladimir Putin's actions in the official document were motivated is not specified.
