At the initiative of Ministry of sport of Samara region soon in the region the Center of sports preparation of sports national teams will start functioning. Tasks of the organization created on base STATE INDEPENDENT INSTITUTION HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY "TSSPSSKSO", will include preparation provinces of athletes of the highest level, their material and financial security, including additional monetary stimulation.
STATE INDEPENDENT INSTITUTION HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY "TSSPSSKSO" open on July 18, 1995 for specialized preparation of a sports reserve of national teams of teams Russian Federation on 14 sports. In 2015 about 50 representatives of SHVSM No. 4. For the purpose of improvement of quality and conditions of training of regional athletes the decision on reorganization of SHVSM was made by No. 4. According to the resolution Government of Samara region, on the basis of school the public autonomous institution "Center of Sports Preparation of Sports National Teams Samara region" is created. The director of the Center approved Makarov Sergei, earlier heading SHVSM by No. 4. to
of One of the main objectives of new structure. In the center will enlist not only representatives of SHVSM No. 4, but also the strongest athletes of other provincial sports schools. The center will provide to athletes including necessary stock, training process, participation in official actions and competitions. Also to athletes the salary which size will vary from achievements and shown results will be provided. Besides, representatives of the Center will reserve payments operating in the region - a grant of the governor (to 25 thousand rubles monthly) and single encouragement from Ministry of sport of Samara region for successful results (to 300 thousand rubles).

"The question of expediency of creation to Samara region the center of preparation of a sports reserve was discussed by p since the end of the 1990th years. Leading athletes of the province are registered at various schools, and not each of them has everything that is necessary, financing different. Now we create the center where the strongest athletes of the region will be brought together. Creation of uniform structure allows to accumulate available resources, messages education of athletes of the highest level are more effective, gives the chance to create them more comfortable conditions. Including to sign labor contracts with athletes, to pay to them a salary. For them it is additional incentive and motivation. Thereby we will be able to minimize outflow of talented children to other regions. Now we count the exact estimate of the budget of the center, we resolve an issue on ensuring necessary financing.
