More than 200 participants, speeches of known experts in the field of information technologies, 3 thematic platforms. All this is the Interregional forum IT Link 2015 which has taken place on December 10 in National library of the Chuvash Republic. As his organizer the Infolink company acted.
Use of information technologies in business became traditional the central theme of a meeting. The second year action acts as a platform for dialogue and an exchange of experience of IT specialists, businessmen, authorities, and also all information technologies interested in development in the republic.
Participants of a forum were greeted by the minister of information policy and mass communications of Chuvashia Alexander Ivanov. He noted the high importance of carrying out actions of this sort. "For students and young specialists the forum is, first of all, a source of receiving new knowledge in the field of programming and system administration, possibility of communication with professionals of the IT industry. Besides, it is an effective platform for communication and strengthening of ties between participants of IT community", - the minister emphasized.
Three sections at the same time worked at a forum: business, technical and "IT and power". As one of experts of the third section Mininformpolitiki's employees of Chuvashia acted. The head of department of introduction of information technologies of the ministry Mikhail Stepanov and the specialist of department Pavel Vasyukov told about creation in the region of system of high-precision positioning (SVTP) on the basis of referentsny stations.
SVTP is a new stage of development and use of the GLONASS satellite technologies in practical activities. The system allows to define location of any object with an accuracy of several centimeters. So, by means of system of high-precision positioning it is possible to measure the land plot, to define borders of settlements, to operate equipment and many other things. For this purpose it is necessary to have the mobile satellite receiver (rover).
The network of referentsny stations in the territory of Chuvashia was successfully brought into test operation slightly more than a year ago. 7 hardware-software complexes are established in Cheboksary, Kozlovke, Shumerle, Kanashe, the Mythical stone, Batyrevo and Yadrin. It allowed to capture a network all republic.
Implementation of the project on creation of system of high-precision positioning will allow to lower expenses when performing geodetic and cartographical works, to increase productivity of engineering researches when developing project documentation on construction and reconstruction of highways, objects of the social sphere, gas supply.
