Due to the refusals which have arrived in the commission from several candidates which has won a victory, their mandates passed with the following on a rating in intra regional group to candidates. </by p> <p> So, vacant deputy manadaty were redistributed as follows: </p> <ul> <li> from Oleg Kovalyov — to Sergey Samarsky (
  • from Oleg Yeremeyev — to Alexey Prosyannikov ("United Russia");
  • from Andrey Krasov — to Svetlana Serezhina ("United Russia");
  • from Vladimir Fedotkin — to Galina Gnuskina (CPRF);
  • from Sergey Mironov — to Sergey Pupkov ("Just Russia");
  • from Vladimir Zhirinovsky — to Alexander Sherin (LDPR).

    • As were noted by the secretary of the commission Sergey Skobelev, in regional election committee there are data what to refuse the mandates which have passed to them Sergey Samarsky and Alexander Sherin plan.
