Chapter of Lugansk regional military civil authorities Gennady Moskal asks Ministries of Internal Affairs, the General Staff and National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine to disarm and disband the battalions "Tornado" and "Chernigov" which accuse of crimes in the east Ukraine.
