The XV republican conference of the Belarusian public associations of the Russian compatriots "Traditional spiritual and moral values – the basis of our outlook" passed on December 4-5, 2023 in Minsk, to the House Moscow in Minsk and collected about one hundred delegates and guests from the Belarusian capital and all regions of the country, including heads and an asset of 24 public organizations the Russian compatriots Belarus, representatives of Embassy Russian Federation, Federal agency for Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots living abroad and on International humanitarian cooperation, Houses Moscow, friendly Belarusian public associations.
