The Russian scientists suggest to change rules of use of water regulation of Irkutsk hydroelectric power station

The Russian scientists finished three years' research work under the name "Influence of Change of a Water Level in Lake Baikal on a Condition of an Ecosystem of the Lake, Damage Definition to Objects of Economy and Infrastructure of the Coastal Territory of Republic of Buryatia, Irkutsk Region depending on Levels of the Lake and Dumpings of Irkutsk Hydroelectric Power Station".
