SIBUR will register the climatic project in the international Global Carbon Council program

At the climatic summit of COP28 the Qatar program for Global Carbon Council greenhouse gases (Gulf Cooperation Council) announced start of own register of carbon units that will allow to open accounts and to let out carbon units in favor of the Russian beneficiaries.
