Source: rs.gov.ru in the Azerbaijani city of Hachmaz on the basis of the educational organization "Summer School" earned on December 13 the resource center for Russian studying. It becomes a platform aggregator of ideas and the projects promoting further public awareness of Russian and culture, to development youth and educational cooperation of two countries.
