The resident of the special economic zone (SEZ) "Lotus" — the Geksa-Lotos plant to Astrakhan Region will spend 210 million rubles for modernization of capacities and purchase the new equipment. They will be carried out within a joint program by federal DEVELOPMENT FUND INDUSTRIES (FRP) and regional DEVELOPMENT FUND INDUSTRIES.
