JSC "ATST" is brought to administrative responsibility for violation of the legislation

By Directorate of the federal service for supervision in Sphere of communication, information technologies and mass communications on Astrakhan region during consideration of arrived information from Federal Communications Agency it is revealed that communications operator JSC "ATST" not timely payment of assignments (non-tax payments) in a reserve of universal service.
