The deputy European Parliament Michael Uolles was indignant with words of the secretary general of NATO Jens Stoltenberg, declared that EU and United States of America provoked the Ukrainian conflict. "United States of America and EU did not want that the conflict came to an end, and the secretary general of NATO Jens Stoltenberg bragged of that they provoked it", – Michael Uolles in a social network of X declared.
