Scientists found border of distribution of the Antarctic ground waters in Northern Atlantic

Oceanologists found out that deep-water pass Western which is located in the Atlantic Ocean at widths between Morocco and Portugal, serves as a natural corridor for transports the Antarctic ground water to Northeast Atlantic. In process of this transfer water from Antarctic mixes up with Atlantic, changing the temperature, salinity and a chemical composition. The obtained data allow to understand better how the water masses participating in transfer of heat and carbon, circulates at the ocean.
