State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted the law on technical regulation improvement in construction

To Russian Federation there can be a new concept technical regulations, assuming an independent choice the builder of evidential base for confirmation of compliance to regulations requirements. Such law is adopted by State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation during plenary session on December 15.
