On Kamchatka Territory "Spetstrans" ignored the court decision about elimination of dumps

Petropavlovsk - Kamchatka, on December 15 - AIF-Kamchatka. JSC "SPETSTRANS" fined for non-execution of the decision of court about elimination of dumps in two settlements. In October, 2021 the Kamchatka regional obliged "Spetstrans" to liquidate TBO dumps in villages Manila and Hailino. In July, 2022 Petropavlovskoe district district court Altai territory made the similar decision. For execution of this duty by courts six-months term was established.
