Authorities made a speech at the 28th conference of the parties of the framework convention of the UN about climate change which took place in Dubai from November 30 to December 12, within Day of responsible financing in the Russian pavilion, business and expert community of Russia, India and Brazil. All agreed in opinion that constantly operating platform for development of joint decisions is necessary to the countries of BRICS.
