The State Duma refused a ban lawyers of recruits to make pre-judicial complaints

The State Duma adopted the bill fixing definition of an order of interaction of lawyers with participants of systems of a free legal aid to the regional authorities in the second reading. The TASS writes that deputies approved the amendment to the document which expands the list of representatives of recruits. In the initial version of the document it was specified that appeal against the measures connected with an appearance in a military registration and enlistment office in a pre-judicial order, recruits or their lawful representatives whom parents or trustees are among can only.
