The State Duma adopted the law on sale of prospecting licenses

In Russia there will be a possibility of transition of a right of use of a subsoil for their geological studying, except for sites of federal and local value. The relevant law is adopted in the third reading at plenary session of the State Duma on December 14. Licensing for using a subsoil by results of consideration of the demand is allowed after payment of single payment for using a subsoil.
