The State Duma in the first reading supported the draft of the federal law "About modification of article 39.18 of the Land code of the Russian Federation", Astrakhan Region at the initiative of the citizens who have addressed to the speaker of regional parliament to Igor Aleksandrovich Martynov within personal reception.
