TOKYO, 14 Dec – RIA Novosti news agency. Heads of political council of Liberal democratic party of Japan and the ex-Minister of Economics Koiti Khagiuda, the chairman of committee on interaction with parliament and the secretary general of fraction of the ex-prime minister Shinzo Abe Tsuesi Takagi on Thursday resigned in connection with scandal over the system of "kickbacks" existing in party, reported NHK TV channel.
