9,2 thousand young residents of Sakhalin and kurilchan became participants of the Russian movement of children and youth "Movement of the first" since the beginning of year. Pupils of schools joined large-scale thematic actions, establishments of an average of professional educations and higher education institutions, pupils of establishments of additional educations, sports, culture, children's camps and the youth centers.
